Tierarztpraxis Blanke - Dr. Anne-Brit und Dr. Hans-Jörg Blanke

Today we received a message that a lawyer has been contacted regarding our review, just like the previous reviewer. Regarding my previous review, which some of you may have read, I will now remove that text, but I still reserve the right to give a maximum of one star as the lowest rating for our pet's treatment. We continue to believe that, in our opinion, the treatment should be rated as inadequate. Furthermore, I agree with the previous reviewer that they could have contacted us directly to resolve this issue. We could go on complaining, but anyone who engages in such practices doesn't deserve another word in our opinion...

We took our cat to Dr. Blanke's vet for the first time today. The atmosphere in the practice is very pleasant, almost homey. :) The staff are very friendly and competent. Luckily, there was no foreign object in our cat's eye. The vet's examination was pleasantly calm, and we were given very good explanations. We will gladly continue to be patients here!

A fantastic veterinary practice; they're always there for you and help very quickly. I've been taking my animals to Dr. Blanke for many years now, and he's simply excellent! His team is truly qualified and always available.

A very incompetent and unfriendly vet! He barely examined my rabbit at all. They just palpated her and listened to her voice. He then said she had a bladder infection and a fever without taking her temperature and simply gave her an antibiotic injection. I was also given a medication to take home. It later turned out that it had to be diluted, which the vet didn't tell me. In my opinion, the vet isn't concerned with the animal's well-being, but only with the owner's money! I absolutely do not recommend it!

Small but excellent. Our cat had injured himself quite badly in a fight. He was examined immediately and without any problems at the vet's office and later had surgery. The doctor and his staff exuded calm and confidence and had no trouble with our slightly crazy feline. The consultation and prices were very fair. The cat and his owner were both very satisfied when they left the practice, albeit for different reasons.
