A fantastic, friendly veterinary practice team! We had our cat spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped there. The vets and assistants are truly very kind to the animals; Ayla was handled gently and well distracted during her vaccination. Our little one was back to her old self the day after the surgery. The wound was neatly stitched and healed quickly. (I'm a nurse.) The friendly assistant took care of the TASSO registration. Excellent value for money! The practice was recommended to us, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! 🫶
The team at the Zarrentin veterinary practice is truly welcoming, and despite long waits and queues, the staff remain calm and you generally feel well cared for. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today. I brought my cat in for neutering and was allowed to take him home in a deep sleep, with no physical reaction and shallow breathing. I've never experienced anything like this at any other veterinary practice! When I asked how long he would remain in this state, I was told, "It could take hours." I want to take my pet home from a vet visit unharmed, not half-alive. If there isn't enough time to properly care for the animal, then surgery appointments shouldn't be offered at such times.
