I simply cannot understand the last two negative reviews. Our dog and I received competent, friendly, and empathetic care at all times. Especially when our pet was very ill, the entire team was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for medications that are meant to help to not always be tolerated by every animal. In such cases, alternative medications have to be used. This is perfectly understandable to me and has nothing to do with a lack of competence. Therefore, one shouldn't be too quick to condemn a veterinary practice, but rather understand that veterinarians can't perform miracles. They aren't gods; they do their best and strive to help the animals—not harm them, as some reviews seem to suggest. We have had consistently positive experiences, have absolutely no complaints, and will gladly return in the future.

Very understanding care and competent treatment, even though my dog ​​isn't the most cooperative at the vet. We felt very well looked after. Thanks again to the whole team and especially Dr. Kölling for your patience and empathy.
