Hello, I just wanted to get my cat's claws trimmed. I had to wait longer because the door was locked, despite having an appointment. The vet finally came after a while and opened the door, then he started busy with his vacuum cleaner... then he tidied up his treatment room, and eventually he actually looked at the claws. Unfortunately, he didn't even trim them all properly! So I have to go back for another trim relatively soon, which is a lot of unnecessary stress for my cat. The real kicker, though, was the bill: 40 euros for a claw trim! Oh, and he weighed them too, I don't want to leave that out. On top of that, I've been waiting for four weeks for an invoice explaining why I paid 40 euros for a claw trim. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend them. I felt ripped off, and my cat received very poor care. No thanks.

We've been taking our cat to Mr. Lux for 5 years. He's very professional and friendly. His prices are good. We enjoy going there.
