My dog ​​had injured herself. When I called the practice, I was given a spontaneous appointment, even though I'd never been there before. I was told to bring some time, but I'm still impressed by how quickly it went. The nurses were very friendly. The doctor was friendly and competent. Her matter-of-fact manner, which I greatly appreciate, may seem abrupt, but it isn't. I also disagree with the often-mentioned unfriendliness of the staff. As mentioned, she is matter-of-fact and expects prompt and accurate work. All in all, I felt very well looked after and was more than satisfied with Bieni's treatment. Many thanks to the entire team :-)

Thank you so much for the quick and uncomplicated help. I've been involved with many animals that had to be put down, but none were as harmonious. We weren't patients at this practice before, but all three were very, very nice and we were allowed to come in immediately. I hope we can transfer our animals to you. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice at all. I called them on Wednesday (9:00 a.m., a normal weekday - not a holiday!) and asked for emergency treatment for my dog, who had suffered an allergic reaction after an insect bite. The phone operator briefly consulted with the vet and then told me that they could not treat my dog. I then had to travel a much longer distance to another vet. My dog ​​was shaking all over and was having increasing difficulty breathing. The vet in Schwerin, farther away, recognized the emergency immediately and treated it immediately. So there are still veterinarians who recognize medical emergencies – unfortunately, the practice in Groß Laasch does not.

I am very satisfied with this veterinary practice! The entire team is incredibly friendly and takes plenty of time with the animals. The advice is competent and understandable, so you always feel in good hands. I particularly appreciate the empathy – both towards the animals and their owners. You immediately notice that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Highly recommended!
