Reviews
Summary: -The waiting time was extremely long. -The consultation was so-so. - Waiting times after surgery were also an hour with the dog? Coincidence? Or is that the norm? -The price was quite high; even the clinic wanted considerably less, and there was no excuse: "I don't know if I can afford it." I went to this practice in April to get a second opinion. Upon arrival, I was initially surprised by the extremely welcoming atmosphere of the practice. When I checked in, they asked me to weigh my dog (current weight is always better, of course). I'm a fan of that, but she had only been weighed three days prior. That didn't matter; they insisted. Once seated, I observed a woman being taken into a room at that moment, and the dog, who appeared to have just undergone surgery, was brought to her. ... I waited for over half an hour, then was moved to another waiting room and sat there for another half hour, watching as the other woman was still there and had to wait just as long with her dog. After an hour, I finally saw the vet. Not even a audible hello. She looked at my dog and then told me the following: She could treat my dog, but didn't know if it would work; she was keeping her options open regarding stopping the procedure and extracting the tooth instead. She had only ever done this kind of thing with large dogs before. For me, that was the deciding factor in not having the treatment done there.
Great service, fantastic personell
Exceptionally good treatment and diagnosis! My dog needed extensive dental work. The consultations with Dr. Ott were empathetic, and the diagnoses and x-rays were well explained. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!
We are truly overwhelmed! Since our first visit, we feel very well cared for here with our cat Rusty! Dr. Ines Ott explains everything very thoroughly and remains objective. Our cat unfortunately needed surgery, but we agreed to it. The seriousness of the situation was recognized and explained to us. We are also very satisfied with the follow-up appointment! Highly recommended! We would definitely take our cat to this dental clinic again.
This was my first time at this practice with my cat, and I was very, very impressed with the friendly explanations, the care, and the vet's attentive listening. It's a shame I didn't find my way here at the beginning of 2021, because where I went before, I found the atmosphere rather cold and a lot of panic-inducing, so I really wanted something special for my pet. And here, I feel I'm in good hands.
