Very satisfied. I switched to Dr. Ott because my previous veterinarian is no longer practicing. There are sometimes areas where she could improve her expertise, but overall I'm satisfied. What bothers me is that at every visit I'm constantly told about husbandry mistakes that I don't make. The reason was that our Tom initially had a stomach upset caused by the food from the pet store. That wasn't my fault.

I have to say, I'm pretty satisfied. The lady at the reception was super friendly, and the doctors listened to every word you said and took it seriously. They looked into it thoroughly, and the doctors found things on my cat that my previous vet hadn't. They really do a great job; I feel very comfortable there with my two cats.

We always feel very well advised and cared for. The entire team is very friendly and competent, and specializes in dental care, among other things. Numerous awards and continuing education certificates adorn one wall, so you can be sure they are always up-to-date with the latest medical advancements. The waiting room is a comfortable space for both people and animals. Besides dogs, cats, and rabbits, our Persian gerbils also receive excellent care. We are so happy to have such a great veterinary practice nearby. Thank you!

Dr. Ott is a highly competent veterinarian whom you can completely trust. The drive took over an hour, but it was absolutely worth it. In a total of three operations, she treated my rabbit's complicated jaw abscess and the associated problems, so he's now back to his old self. The entire team was also friendly and caring towards the animals at all times. Thank you so much!!

I've had a small street kitten from Croatia with me for about a week now. It unexpectedly became ill with vomiting, diarrhea, and even a fever. Something like that can become life-threatening VERY quickly, especially at such a young age. Even though I wasn't a patient at this practice before or had my other cat there, I was able to get an appointment for this emergency very quickly (within the next two hours). The little one was thoroughly examined and then treated with great sensitivity, while I was picked up and dropped off at every step. And precisely because the practice seems so "upscale," I was expecting higher costs, but no way. For all this effort plus medication, I paid around €109, and that was for an urgent emergency with immediate assistance – absolutely fair and excellent value for money! Since my other cat also had an issue that needed to be clarified, she has been there as well and so I have found a very reliable and new vet for my little treasures 😇 (not to mention the more than enormous parking lot right in front of the door) - overall and all in all highly recommended, thank you very much!
