I can absolutely recommend Dr. Freisen and his team. We take our cats there and are completely satisfied. One of them had dental work done yesterday, and everything went perfectly. All the vets are incredibly kind to the animals, and they answer all your questions.

This practice was recommended to me because I wasn't satisfied with my previous vet. My medium-sized dog is 15 years old, so general anesthesia for a dental cleaning carries some risks. Several tests were performed, and he received an IV to flush his kidneys. The procedure went perfectly; there was no swelling, no bleeding, and no inflammation. The work was clearly done very well and cleanly. This was his fourth dental cleaning, and for the very first time, there was no swelling, which was unusual for us, even though his gums are much older and more sensitive now. This shows how professionally the work was done. I am therefore completely satisfied and can highly recommend this practice.

I'm here with my two female dogs and I traveled all the way from Frankfurt. Dr. Freisen is a fantastic veterinarian and the ladies at reception are incredibly friendly. The clinic is also very easy to reach by phone.

I wanted clarification regarding three different bills that were incorrect. After 22 years, I was dismissed when I inquired. Over the years, I hadn't just taken one animal there, but four. Then my cat, who had been treated there for 14 years, became ill. I asked for help because my cat was very sick. It has since been determined what was wrong. If the vet had continued to treat him, I could have saved him. I sent an email on Tuesday asking for help and received a reply on Friday evening stating that there was no longer a relationship of trust between the vet and the pet owner and that I should no longer contact him. So, because I dared to point out that the bills were incorrect and to ask questions, my animal was turned away and no longer treated. This complete failure to provide assistance is fully documented in writing 😔 Complete human incompetence of the highest order!!!
