My questions are answered thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction. Despite her considerable anxiety, my dog ​​is treated calmly and patiently and has received wonderful care so far. In short, I can highly recommend the new veterinarian and her team.

Please, Dr. Nowak, come back. It's a tragedy! The practice was sold to Ms. Juraske so she could run a practice in Kaulsdorf, and now it's closed here "due to staffing issues." The practice is closed. There were more than enough clients at your practice, Dr. Nowak. Dr. Juraske also examined my animal, but there wasn't much of an explanation. But Nurse Steffi is incredibly rude. She's the boss of the practice; you're treated disgustingly. Some people complain about her, some say "but the vet is good." When my animal is unwell, good communication is essential. Owner + animal = one unit. Worried owners also need comfort. Steffi is abysmal on the phone. She's probably competent. Her review of the practice here regarding friendliness is a joke. Self-reflection would have been more appropriate. I'm simply appalled at how this practice seems to have been deliberately driven into oblivion. Dr. Nowak, please open a new small animal practice!

Highly competent and friendly. Both animal and owner feel comfortable. They take ample time and answer all questions thoroughly.

My 17-year-old Charly is doing so well again. He was well cared for, and the treatment was excellent. A great team.
