Such a wonderful and friendly veterinarian! We took our rabbit there on Sunday, and she took an incredible amount of time for us, was very patient, and treated her calmly. Very competent and experienced. Today we went to our regular vet, and he was amazed at the healing and the stitches! She did a fantastic job, and we would go back to her anytime!

A very caring and competent doctor. Ms. Kanzler treated and operated on our 14-year-old cat, Charly, superbly. Charly had a badly infected tooth. Ms. Kanzler did everything perfectly, including the follow-up treatment and excellent consultation. You could tell that she loves her patients and is passionate about her work. Good evening, We came across Ms. Kanzler at the emergency vet clinic, and she was truly a lifesaver for us. To give you some background: In August 2025, we adopted two kittens (both three months old) from an animal shelter in Cologne. Unfortunately, one of them (our Pearl) was already seriously ill from the very first day she came to live with us. She had a severe gastrointestinal infection and feline herpesvirus (feline rhinotracheitis). Ms. Kanzler, her entire practice team, and also Ms. Pankatz (who covers appointments when needed) were there for us at all times and always responded immediately. Throughout the entire time our little one was in critical condition, I was in contact with Ms. Kanzler via WhatsApp; she was truly available around the clock. It was a difficult time we went through with little Pearl, as she had to be force-fed for a few days and received countless medications. Today we know that without Ms. Kanzler and her practice team, we would definitely have lost our Pearl three months ago. Dr. Kanzler is not only a humorous, empathetic, and highly competent veterinarian, but even more importantly, she was always there for us as pet owners and often calmed me down. This humanity and approachability that she brings to the table are sadly rare these days. This woman is not only an outstanding veterinarian but also a truly wonderful person. Dr. Kanzler immediately sensed how much our little cat meant to me and decided to walk this path with me. We are forever grateful to Dr. Kanzler for that. We couldn't have found a better veterinarian. Today, our little Pearl is a cheeky, bright, playful, and above all, cuddly cat. It gives us so much joy to see how well she has developed. We would hardly have thought it possible three months ago. And we are certain that without Dr. Kanzler's support, things would be very different today. Absolutely fantastic! We came across her by chance because she was on call, and what can I say: we couldn't have asked for a better vet. She's incredibly kind, highly competent, and not at all arrogant like we've unfortunately experienced with many vets. She was also careful not to immediately perform the most expensive tests if there were gentler/cheaper methods that could help first. Truly top-notch.

I can only recommend her to everyone. Not only does she work very well, but she's also very friendly and helpful. My dog ​​and all my cats love her, as did my previous two cats. She's very easy to reach and easy to schedule appointments. Her home visits are also very competent and helpful. I'm very happy to have found such a great vet. She also gives me excellent advice on how to give my animals a healthy and happy life. And even if she's not on duty, she'll refer you to a very good substitute (this has happened to me twice).
