Treatment was perfect on very short notice
Their lack of professionalism and wrong decisions led to the fact that we lost a whole month and our cat died of cancer! they treated him for something completely different! Run away from there. Our little 6 years old cat is DEAD
I haven't been going to this practice for very long; they cared for my cat Salem. My other cat, Leo, was getting progressively worse. Unfortunately, I had to have him put down. I can highly recommend Ms. Höveler and her team. They're not in it for the profit; the animal's well-being is their top priority, and when it comes down to it, so is the owner's. Thank you so much, and please continue to be such a wonderful practice.
A really lovely vet. Very competent and friendly. The cat felt very comfortable. Thank you!
Grade 6... Absolutely NOT recommended. We saw that our pet was seriously ill and suffering terribly, so we had our 13-year-old cat euthanized. They didn't even attach the syringe properly, and as a result, half the medication wasn't administered. You just look at the assistant and ask, "Why is everything going wrong?" I call that highly unprofessional and incompetent. No cost information beforehand; we had to ask about everything that would be done to the animal during euthanasia because we weren't informed. Extremely unpleasant towards pet owners. Questions are answered with great difficulty and arrogance. We work a lot with bereaved families in cases of death; if we treated relatives like this, we wouldn't be able to sleep peacefully at night. I would have fired the assistant three times already if she had treated my clients like that. I don't wish anyone ill, but in this case, I only wish them the karma they spread. No cost information beforehand; we had to ask for everything they do to their pets. In short: unprofessional, service-oriented, and lacking in decency – that's the philosophy they live by, so stay away from this establishment. We regret not going somewhere else.
