I think it's time to write a review for the veterinary practice that's been with me for so long. I want to thank the vets and staff, ❤️ for always making us feel so well cared for. ❤️ for your loving care of the animals. ❤️ for the wonderful care you gave us and our Ayke last week. ❤️ for always being there to listen when my animals need help. ❤️ for always taking the time for us.

I was there today for my surgery appointment. Two days prior, I gave them my billing information over the phone for my surgical insurance. All the information was entered incorrectly. Although I have a follow-up appointment on Monday, I'm sure I should point out that my information wasn't entered correctly, as I can't submit it to the insurance company without it. Nobody there knows the wrong name and address. Everything went wrong, and the quoted costs were three times higher than expected. It was a bit confusing there, and I wouldn't recommend it. Anyone on a small pension like me shouldn't go there either. Instead of the quoted €350, it suddenly became €900, and that was without any complications and without them finding the cause. I was absolutely furious 🥴🥴🥴.

The practice is bright and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The veterinarian is very empathetic. The animals feel completely at ease there. All questions are answered; you feel well cared for.
