We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Christoph Höptner for his attentive, empathetic, and competent care. The clinic and its warm and welcoming staff truly impressed us. Our 7-month-old dog, Willi, was admitted immediately as an emergency case and received excellent care. In such a difficult situation for both human and animal, it is reassuring to experience such outstanding care. All treatment steps and the upcoming surgery were explained to us not only in detail but also in a way we could easily understand. We appreciated the transparency regarding what was done and the medical reasons behind it. This openness and professionalism gave us great confidence in the entire team. My friend's recommendation was absolutely spot on. We are incredibly grateful that Willi received such loving care.
