I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent care at your practice. I am so happy to have found the best veterinarian. They take their time here: the consultations are professional and patient, and you receive lots of helpful information. We are absolutely satisfied! 🐈⬛🐾
I am so grateful that Dr. Höptner and his assistant Sam took us on that evening, so close to closing time. Three other practices had turned us down. I was very worried because my little dog had stolen and eaten chicken wing bones from the trash. Dr. Höptner solved the problem with great skill and confidence. The night was still restless, as the little guy kept having accidents and couldn't defecate properly. But in the morning, he was sleeping peacefully next to me. What a relief! Many thanks to Dr. Höptner and Sam!
We first had an initial consultation and vaccination for our new dwarf rabbits. The vet and his team took a lot of time and handled the animals with great care. We received a warm welcome, and important information was provided to us during the examination. A few days later, we returned for the castration of our male rabbit. This also went smoothly, and when we picked him up, the team again took plenty of time to explain the entire procedure and the scope of the day care to Dr. Hüppner. The following day, our rabbit stopped eating. After a quick phone call, we were able to come in immediately, and we knew that the two were in good hands. Once again, the team dedicated a whole day to nursing him back to health. We are so happy that the rabbits are doing well again! We highly recommend the entire team. Great work – thank you!
