Recently, I wanted to inquire about hip and elbow dysplasia screening, costs, etc. So I called, and they told me, "Yes, yes, I'm in accounting, I can't give you any information right now," and hung up. I wasn't even told that I should call back later or another day. I was brushed off very rudely and condescendingly, even though I mentioned that my dog ​​was a patient of his. That's the absolute worst place. It's a shame that my second appointment confirmed that the vet is just as bad. The assistant is great, I can only say good things about her. Oh yes, she had to remind him that my dog ​​had already been vaccinated. I'm not picky if someone is rude or has a demanding tone and is strict, but he can be different since I first arrived. However, the level of disrespect and rudeness he displays is something I very rarely experience...
