Reviews
Amazing doctors act like angels
I'm very satisfied with the practice; there are no long waiting times, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and competent. They take their time and make you feel valued. I can highly recommend them.
Despite having an appointment, we repeatedly had to wait a long time. The last few times it was 45 and 60 minutes. This is absolutely disrespectful to the customers' time and demonstrates poor planning.
Super
There's a huge difference between a private practice for people and Anicura veterinary clinic. In a private practice, people feel taken seriously and receive excellent treatment. This is not the case with an animal. You pay hundreds of euros and leave with an even more anxious dog and more questions. Anyone familiar with the old Dr. Bulgrin veterinary clinic knows perfectly well that it's no longer animal-friendly, lacking in warmth, empathy, or friendliness. It's a cold, impersonal practice, unmotivated and disinterested. Pet owners are given the feeling that they aren't being taken seriously. Answers are short or incomplete. The animal is handled roughly, and the staff speaks in a cold, loud, annoyed, and disrespectful tone. In the end, you pay a lot of money for this treatment, during which the animal is particularly uncomfortable, and you're no wiser afterward than before because it wasn't a proper examination. My advice: There are still good veterinary clinics out there. The veterinarians who work with heart and don't overcharge owners, and the veterinarians who give their all for the price and earn their keep. It's also a fact that chains like Anicura are only interested in filling their coffers, while regular veterinary practices fight for the animals, work hard for them, and support pet owners with advice and assistance. That's also service. You pay and you receive the right treatment, because you're already paying, so the animal should be treated properly and the person (who pays the bill) should be taken seriously. We will never take our animals to Anicura again!
