A very, very kind and competent veterinary ophthalmologist with a truly friendly team. I'm glad that my two kitties are in very good hands. I definitely recommend him. The wait time isn't long, and you can get an appointment quickly if you need one. Simply excellent. He takes his time, explains things, and demonstrates what he sees. I'm very impressed. He immediately recognized that our chinchilla had a blocked tear duct and not conjunctivitis, which is what our regular vet had suspected. He is very friendly, explains everything wonderfully, and gives good advice. But what we hadn't experienced before is that you actually get seen at your scheduled appointment time; at other practices, we had to wait up to an hour despite having an appointment.

I took my Shar Pei to the practice and was thrilled with everything from the initial phone call to seeing my dog. A top-notch ophthalmologist. Mr. Gränitz is very calm and attentive to the animal. The staff is also fantastic!! NO rude receptionists who think they're the doctor themselves; on the contrary, very kind and friendly ladies who support the doctor and manage everything calmly and efficiently! We were there with our cat, who unfortunately has eye problems. Scheduling an appointment went smoothly, and we got one sooner than expected. There were no long waits in the waiting room, which made the animal even more nervous. During the treatment, both the person and the animal were treated with great care, and the existing problems were explained in a way that alleviated some of our fears. We feel very well looked after at the practice.

We took our cat to the vet for about two years due to an eye injury. The practice team is very friendly and empathetic. You feel well cared for there. Even though the treatment took a long time, it was worth it. Dr. Gränitz is a very good doctor. I can recommend him. No long waiting times and extremely competent.
