Reviews
A super nice, highly competent veterinarian; we are very satisfied, she got our Black back on his feet.
The veterinary work of Ms. Menz is beyond outrageous. Our cat cut himself on a piece of broken porcelain and left bloody paw prints all over the apartment. A makeshift bandage didn't last long; the bleeding hadn't stopped after 20 minutes, so we decided to call the emergency vet. After taking his temperature rectally, he was put under anesthesia, and a rather unappealing bandage was applied to our feline's feet. In the end, we received a bill for €313 and were told that this was our "learning experience." We tolerate constructive criticism, however unkindly it may be delivered, but to be told that we've just been completely ripped off is, in my opinion, morally questionable. The real kicker, however, came later when our cat managed to remove the "professional bandage" himself after 25 minutes, and the bleeding started all over again. Thanks for that. I would have preferred to donate this money to an animal shelter rather than give it to an unfriendly veterinarian who couldn't even apply a proper bandage. Perhaps in the future, she should stop talking about learning the hard way and instead go back to school herself. In karma we trust.
A great veterinarian. Always there when needed, even when she's off duty!
We had an emergency and took our rat to her for emergency veterinary care. She was very friendly and accommodating. I can highly recommend her.
Not even worth one star. Despite my willingness to help, the case was treated dismissively and deemed unimportant.
