I've been taking my animals here for many years and have never felt mistreated or that I've been overcharged for treatment. I entrust my animals to this clinic with complete confidence when they need surgery.
For a long time, I thought I felt well cared for at this veterinary practice. I went there every year for vaccinations and a general check-up. But unfortunately, I've now learned otherwise. My cat needed teeth extracted. They did the work, but as I unfortunately discovered afterward, it was botched. The whole ordeal was never resolved. I then went to another vet, and unfortunately, I had to put my cat through the entire procedure again because they simply couldn't manage to take a dental x-ray. A highly competent, caring, and dedicated team. They always consider the financial situation of pet owners, but above all, they prioritize the health of the animals. They truly do everything possible to help the animals. This is a veterinary practice with heart. Thank you.
The appointment scheduling is incomprehensible, with frequent deviations from the agreed-upon time. There's no communication; you get the feeling your appointment has been forgotten, repeatedly. When you inquire—and you're understandably getting nervous—you receive rude replies and are even moved back a patient, a kind of disciplinary measure for complaining. Seriously? How are you supposed to stay calm? Incidentally, the younger doctor was there. Never again, absolutely not recommended...
