Unfortunately, it's impossible to schedule an appointment, let alone reach anyone. After countless calls, messages, and emails, I still haven't received a response. Now my number has been blocked! I can't explain otherwise why I can call with all other numbers but not mine. This is far from customer-friendly, and it clearly shows that the animal's well-being isn't a priority.

Absolutely unacceptable! I made an appointment and took the afternoon off work for it. The appointment wasn't kept, there was no phone call to cancel, and attempts to call back were unsuccessful. The website still lists the business as open – what's going on?

Best physiotherapist ever! Absolutely competent and empathetic. My dogs (both very sensitive and anxious) love her. It couldn't be better!

I would prefer to give zero stars. She was very nice on the phone and I had a good feeling about her. We were supposed to have an appointment yesterday at 6 p.m. At 5:49 p.m., I received a WhatsApp message saying, "I'm still stuck in traffic." At 7:10 p.m., no one had shown up. I tried calling, without success. And my WhatsApp message is still unread. As I can see from the reviews here, she seems to do this quite often. This is not what I call professional or reputable. Unreliable and not recommended. Once again, time has been wasted, and now I'm waiting for an appointment with a reliable therapist. I would not recommend her, and I will also be posting this on other social media platforms.

Highly recommended! She's very loving towards both people and animals. The training plan is, of course, individually tailored for each person. Our Balu simply loves her.
