I've been taking my dogs to Mr. Rossmann's practice for years and am very satisfied. He does what needs to be done, so the dogs are doing well. He helps quickly and effectively with any problems. He does this without advertising any expensive food or other unnecessary products. If a specialized procedure is required, he says so and doesn't experiment. He and his receptionist always have a friendly word for everyone. Treatment costs are never exorbitant. The parking lot around the corner is almost always free.

This guy is a con artist. He immediately gives your pet antibiotic injections, no matter what's wrong with it (in this case, a dog), and takes the money without writing a receipt. When we pointed this out several times, he wrote something on an appointment slip. When I said that wasn't acceptable, he told me to come back in September, which I refused. If you love your dog, don't go there. Zero stars. This place should be shut down.
