I was very pleased with the treatment our little Paula received! The doctor is very competent, and after just a few days, our little Paula was feeling much better!! Highly recommended! Our little one is less and less afraid. Best regards from the Anderson family 💐👋👍👏💐
Never again! My dog is suffering, his fur is getting moldy, and they're turning a blind eye. We were strung along for weeks. First the vet was sick, then the groomer quit. Appointments weren't canceled in time—a complete disappointment! I called today (it wasn't the first time), and I almost cried on the phone! Now his fur is so badly matted that it's starting to get moldy! It itches, he's suffering, and I have to listen to rude responses like: "It can't be moldy," "Have you tried calling the groomer?" "No, we can't," "We're not a hairdresser," etc. My dog is afraid of scissors and clippers. We've tried several times to cut him ourselves, but we can never get an appointment because no one has time. We've really tried everything to help him! Months ago, the vet said he would get an injection so we could cut him. But nothing came of it. My heart is breaking! No compassion, no solution, despite the acute emergency. I told the woman on the phone what I thought! How can anyone treat patients like that? It has to be a joke. We spent months searching for help and left bitter, empty-handed. To be abandoned like that is a shock!
We've been coming to this small animal practice for quite some time now; it's beautifully modern and well-maintained, and we've always been very satisfied. We get the impression that our dog actually enjoys coming here and that everyone here really cares about the animals' well-being. We find both the vet and the staff incredibly kind and competent.
My usual veterinarian has unfortunately retired, so I'm now seeing Ms. Gayer for treatment of my animals. She is very competent, empathetic, and caring. I've found a very good replacement.
