Going to the vet is like going to the dentist; you have to be able to trust them. In Dr. Volleritsch's case, that's definitely true. He treats people and, above all, animals with great empathy. I feel safe and understood. I can trust my beloved pets completely. The staff also deserves a special mention. They are always friendly and helpful. I would give him 12 stars if I could.

We took our dog to the clinic on Friday for laryngeal surgery. The clinic was recommended to us, and we were happy to make the very long journey. Our dog can breathe again and has regained his quality of life. Thank you to the team for the excellent care of both animal and owner.

Our cat is definitely in good hands there! She's always treated with great care by everyone, and she even gets lots of cuddles ;) We're more than satisfied and can highly recommend the veterinary clinic! The entire staff is incredibly loving in their interactions with the animals, and you can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. We're so grateful to have found such wonderful people to help us!

The staff was very friendly. After being turned away by my usual clinic in an emergency on Friday afternoon, and also by a second nearby practice, this clinic was kind enough to squeeze me and my cat in. Since the signs pointed to a possible intestinal blockage, I was shocked that veterinarians would turn me away at 1 p.m. on a Friday, but grateful that they took the time to see me. I will probably take my cat to this clinic in the future, even if it's a bit further away. We got an appointment at short notice around 4 p.m. and were seen immediately. The vet examined him and took two x-rays. Everyone was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. My cat is doing wonderfully again, and I also figured out what caused the constipation and am now trying to address it better (lots of brushing both cats and cat grass, since he loves grooming himself and his sister). The price for the x-rays was reasonable; veterinarians have generally become more expensive, like everything else. We were able to get an appointment at short notice around 4 p.m. and were seen immediately. Many thanks to the great team, I'm happy to recommend the practice 🙋🏼‍♀️

We visited again without a prior appointment, which meant considerable extra work for the team – but this was never perceived as a problem. My concerns were always taken seriously, and the treatment was carried out very professionally, carefully considering all aspects. The approach was always consultative; you were never pressured into anything, but if needed, you received a recommendation that was ALWAYS in the best interests of the animal. A huge thank you to Dr. Volleritsch and the team for their outstanding work, their empathy, the excellent care, and their high level of professionalism, as far as I, as a layperson, can judge!
