I would give minus five stars if I could. Completely incompetent, huge bills, and my cat wasn't even better off. All he cares about is making a lot of money. He couldn't care less about the animal. !!!!!!!

I find this person absolutely impossible; as a woman, I feel completely uncomfortable around him. It's like that bill I received: I'm paying for medication even though he hasn't even looked at my animals.

I called this veterinarian in an emergency because our cat wasn't feeling well, and I wanted to know if we should bring him in or if we could observe him first. Instead of a helpful assessment, let alone any questions about his condition, I only received the response: "Well, you'll just have to come in – I don't know either, you're the one who should know." I was even ridiculed for my uncertainty. When I pointed out that, as a specialist, he should be in the best position to assess how we should proceed, the call was simply ended. I have rarely experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of empathy – very disappointing.

We have been very satisfied customers of Dr. with our cats for over 20 years. Charcoal burner. He is extremely thorough and explains all treatments in advance in consultation.
