If I could, I'd give this practice 10 stars! The entire team was incredibly warm and caring. I had my hamster euthanized there on Saturday, and the whole team, especially the vet, provided such loving and competent care. Huge praise, thank you so much! Best, Emma

Hello everyone, You can use such facilities for Thursday's vaccination day. But if you have a really important surgery or special diagnostic procedure, it's definitely too expensive! It's always billed through the GOT 1 (German Dental Insurance). Why? It goes up to three! The practice wanted almost €500 for three dental x-rays (€33 per image!) and sedation. I'm not willing to pay for a Mercedes for everyone here, so I left. The doctor's explanation was very inconclusive. The team is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The waiting room is too small. Dental care should be part of the basic treatment and billing. I only go there for vaccinations.

Some time ago, I got a second cat (from an animal shelter) so the other one wouldn't be alone, as she was used to having a companion. "Galina," as the cat is called, is very shy and timid (probably abused in the past) and hardly lets you touch her. Only if she wants to cuddle does she have a chance. But you can't hold anything in your hands, not even a brush. For some time now, she's had scabs on her neck and head. Okay, I thought... she's been scratching too much. But: Within a short time, patches of fur started falling out, and open wounds appeared on her skin. I quickly made an appointment with Medivet GmbH in Wildau, registered myself and the cat online (yes, it's possible)... and got an appointment immediately. My fears were: ringworm, fungus, parasites (mites, fleas, or something else)... or organ problems. I went to the appointment and received the best service imaginable. It's not even like that in human medicine. Swabs were taken. The fur was examined for parasites... blood tests... the whole works (with my consent, by the way). Result: The cat is "actually" healthy (even in top shape for her age)... but has intolerances to the "cheap food." Now I have to buy "hyper-allergenic food," which isn't cheap and isn't easy to get hold of. The vet would have gladly sold me a few portions to tide me over until I find something. But unfortunately, she didn't have any available. Never mind. I'll take care of it, even though you can't just find "special food" everywhere. I want to say thank you to the Wildau team. Not just to the head veterinary technician... no. To everyone. My cat "Galina" is about 14 years old, by the way, and she wasn't amused, but I was. I'm looking forward to the next appointment, which has already been scheduled, for the examination. Best regards and many thanks to the entire team in Wildau.
