I'd prefer to give zero stars. There are some incredibly lovely people there, no doubt, but my experience was quite different. We visited Ms. Moncrieff. I'm shocked at how little she, as a professional in a veterinary practice, knows about cats and how little attention she paid to the needs of both the animal and the owner. She probably did my cat more harm than good, which is a shame. She also didn't seem very competent when she had to administer the medication. Even I, as a cat owner myself, know more about proper cat care, especially regarding nutrition. We won't be going back there.

I'm very happy with the practice. We adopted a blind dog from an animal shelter, and they all treat him with great love, consideration, and understanding, taking his limitations into account. I never feel like I'm not being taken seriously or that unnecessary tests are being pushed on me. Quite the opposite, in fact; they're always rational and focused solely on the animal's well-being. I enjoy going there.

The veterinary practice at the castle is one of the most caring practices I have ever experienced. We urgently needed a vet for our dog, as we had already had to call the emergency vet in the middle of the night and our beloved pet's condition was deteriorating. One phone call and we were able to go straight away. The reception process was very straightforward, warm, and caring. This kept the stress for the dog to a minimum. All recommended examinations were discussed beforehand and carried out with the utmost care. Since our four-legged friend exhibited many unexplained symptoms, he kept two veterinarians busy. Our boxer, Ferox, gave everyone quite a headache, but always with remarkable calm and professionalism. The vet even called me at home to check on him. We are very satisfied and happy that we went to this veterinary practice and that his condition is slowly but surely improving. We would like to take this opportunity to say "THANK YOU" again and express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for their work!
