Last Sunday, we had to call the mobile emergency veterinary service because our cat was severely dehydrated and lethargic due to kidney problems (which hadn't been diagnosed previously). Someone answered the phone immediately and put us in touch with a local veterinarian who arrived at our home within an hour. During the examination, she immediately recognized the critical situation and acted quickly and effectively, administering an IV, medication, and appetite stimulants. Thanks to her, our cat improved immediately, and treatment continued on Monday with our regular veterinarian. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend the emergency service. Dr. Della Volpe, the veterinarian, was friendly, competent, and very empathetic. The price was also perfectly reasonable! Thank you for the prompt assistance!

I'm absolutely thrilled!!! Dr. Baier, a very competent and empathetic veterinarian, examined and treated my cat. She even arrived earlier than expected. She explained everything very clearly, so I felt safe and reassured. That's not something you can take for granted. My cat Elmo and I are so, so grateful to her!!! I would go back anytime!!!

One Saturday morning, my two cats apparently got a little too rough with their play. At first, one of them wouldn't put any weight on his paw. I assumed it might be broken. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach any local veterinary clinics, so I called the 24-hour mobile veterinary emergency service. Someone answered immediately – it was 7:30 a.m. An appointment was scheduled, the travel costs were quoted, and it was explained that anything else could cost extra, depending on the vet's findings. Dr. Dellavoße arrived and took the time to listen to the story of how it happened. Then she carefully examined the kitten. She reassured me that it was probably a sprain, not a fracture, since the cat had already tried to put weight on the paw again. Our kitten received an injection, and we were given medication and instructions. She also said that if it wasn't better by Monday, we should get an X-ray. She was very competent, very attentive, very kind, and gentle with the animals. I highly recommend her.

The absolute worst place! We needed a vet to euthanize our dog and wanted to have it done at home in his familiar surroundings. We got an appointment a few hours later, but they completely stood us up; nobody showed up – that's unacceptable!!! After calling several times, they referred us to the assigned vet, who was neither named nor seemed to be reachable at all. Unbelievable...
