Very friendly and efficient
The veterinary practice (Ms. Strauss) recommended that my 18-year-old cat, who had kidney and thyroid disease, weighed 2.3 kg, and was in poor general condition, undergo dental surgery at a specialized clinic. My old cat was then euthanized at a different veterinary practice. I cannot recommend Dr. Fuchs's practice.
When I refused the recommended treatment, I was threatened with contacting the veterinary authorities. I found this very unpleasant and stressful – especially in an already difficult situation. I would have appreciated more understanding for my decision, a calmer consultation, and a joint discussion of possible alternatives. For this reason, I will not be visiting this practice again in the future.
A wonderfully friendly veterinarian and her assistants. Our emergency case received very quick and competent care. Dr. Fuchs 🦊 took ample time on three separate occasions to help my dog. Her medication is working very well for my senior Golden Retriever 🦮 after the vestibular symptoms. The additional written advice gives us more peace of mind as his symptoms fluctuate. I highly recommend this practice. Even the long drive was worth it, as our previous veterinarian has permanently closed. Best regards
