Absolutely satisfied. Both of our old female dogs were able to pass away peacefully at home in their familiar surroundings when the time sadly came. I am truly grateful for that. We will, of course, be taking our new dog back to Mr. Glauer and his truly kind and friendly team!

First time there and very, very satisfied. My cat and I felt comfortable right away. A friendly, pleasant vet who explained everything very well. Price was okay. We'll be back! 👍

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our 16-year-old dachshund today. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time we needed and supported us with his expert advice and realistic assessment. Thank you so much, even though it was a painful loss! A fantastic veterinarian and highly recommended. Many thanks also to his wonderful assistant!

What I experienced at Christmas wasn't just a normal failure—it was a complete moral disaster. On the morning of December 25th, I called the emergency vet because my dog desperately needed help. Despite it being the emergency service, I was brushed off and told to come back at 9 a.m. It was clear from the start: genuine urgency didn't matter. I arrived with my 9-year-old Labrador, who was already suffering from severe neurological deficits. After a superficial, half-hearted examination and some aimless palpation, the doctor offered the dismissive comment: suspected herniated disc. No further diagnostic tests, no assessment of the acute danger, no clear recommendations for treatment. Two injections, a few pills—done. Quickly done, quickly paid. Then came the moment that says it all about this man: My dog was paralyzed. He was in excruciating pain, couldn't move, and was completely helpless. And while I was panicking and worried about his life, this doctor wasn't concerned with providing medical help—but rather with how we would bill him. There was serious talk of laying the paralyzed dog on the floor so they could "settle the financial matter." It's hard to imagine a greater lack of respect for a suffering creature. Empathy? Non-existent. Compassion? Non-existent. Professional conduct? Also non-existent. Instead of attending to the acute emergency, Mr. Glauer seemed constantly overwhelmed, distracted, preoccupied with his phone and computer—but not with the animal lying before him, desperately in need of help. A responsible veterinarian would have acted immediately and sent me to an animal hospital without delay. That would have been the absolute minimum. He didn't. Fortunately, I took responsibility myself and drove to an animal hospital on my own just a few hours later. There, my dog was immediately admitted as an emergency case—exactly as it should have been from the beginning. What remains is pure anger, profound disbelief, and the feeling of having been completely abandoned with a suffering animal on Christmas Day. In my personal opinion, anyone who prioritizes money over lives in emergency situations should have their veterinary license revoked. Anyone who works like that should find a profession where they can make a lot of money quickly without causing suffering or death to living beings. That's not how I envision a veterinarian. And certainly not how I envision an emergency service. No one should have to experience something like that.

A fantastic practice! The vet is very gentle and patient with the animals. He explains everything in detail and answers every question. He really takes his time. My cat and I feel very well cared for there. The vet's assistant is also very friendly and handles the animals very gently. They even call after surgery to ask how the animal is doing and if everything is alright. I was speechless, in a good way. Simply a great team. Thank you so much for your wonderful work. Best regards, M.T. and Scar the cat
