If I could, I'd give zero stars. I called, and the man on the phone was incredibly rude. I simply wanted to know if I needed to take my dog to the vet because he'd hit his head. He then told me I'd have to pay for this consultation and that we live in Germany. He also had the nerve to tell me he wasn't going to answer my question, even though I hadn't asked again. I didn't want advice; I just wanted a "yes" or a "no." That's not what I call empathetic!

Hi, I was at the vet's office today, December 24th, 2025, and I have to say I was very impressed with the service. My dog had a fever of 39.4°C (103.2°F), and immediately after the routine examination, he was given an antiviral serum and various medications to relieve his pain. After 30 minutes, my dog was back to his old self. Thank you so much for the quick help, and I can highly recommend this vet's office.

Our dog accidentally ate some chocolate once. The emergency service gave us lots of information over the phone and then professionally supervised everything on site. I'm very relieved and grateful.

My dog and me went in on a Sunday for emergency treatment. Called ahead, a doctor picked up the phone and later greeted us at the door with warmth and absolute professionalism. We got the help right away. These visits are never cheap but here it was worth every penny! Thank you!!!

I had a life-threatening emergency with my cat on Sunday at midnight. A man answered my call and then proceeded to ramble on for minutes about how he wasn't currently working. I'm shocked by his unprofessional behavior.
