Reviews
One of the worst experiences at the vet. He couldn’t have less sympathy for our dog and us. He also told us that our dog has life threatening illness which we found out later that was just a urine infection and so many treatments were not needed. He also gave us medicine that young dogs should not consume and thankfully we read on the packaging and didn’t use it. The vet does whatever he can to rip you off and to do as much treatment as he can in the end a urine infection costed 800 euros!! Never ever go back to this traumatising vet!! Stay away from him!
Our baby bichon ate something bad and wouldn’t stop puking on Easter Monday and we quickly googled a emergency vet in Hamburg and found this one, he told us to come in immediately; we were helped quickly, he was very friendly towards us and our puppy. She made a full recovery and we are very thankful! of course the bill was high but it was a holiday and it makes sense. I see a lot of bad reviews here but we didn’t check before and I’m happy we didn’t or else we prob wouldn’t have come. However everything was fine thank you Mr. Anaya!
Completely unprofessional veterinarian, kept taking on the phone while trying to sedate our dog without even asking to bring her up on the table. He unsuccessfully poked her with the needle a total of two times only scaring her more. The second time resulted in the syringe flying across the room and almost hitting my wife. I will not go into detail about the rude and dismissive behavior of the veterinarian because I believe what I've already written about my experience should scare potential visitors away. If you care about your pet, stay away from this place.
The doc couldn’t sedate our dog with 3 attempts, would not recommend bringing your pet here
We were on vacation and Dr. Oriol came to treat our dog for diarrhea from the boat trip. Thanks to his assistance, we decided to continue our trip to France with our dear Pablo with his discomfort under control. Thank you, doctor!
