I have never had such a terrible and untrustworthy experience. I've spent months trying to process it and better assess the situation, but despite repeated inquiries by email and post, I still haven't received a response. To help others understand, I've attached the letter I sent to Ms. Czerna to my post, along with the completely incomprehensible invoice. A little tip: Typos or connection problems during the online registration can easily be rewritten as a detailed medical history 😂 Since my beloved veterinarian, Dr. Gemmerich, is unfortunately closing his practice, and as fate would have it, Ms. Czerna will be taking his place, perhaps I'll have an opportunity to reply.
