I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Klotz. He is very calm and collected when treating my cats and patiently explains everything if you ask. Many thanks also to his lovely assistant.

We've been taking our dog to this veterinary practice for over five years and have always been satisfied. They always took their time with her, and in emergencies, we were always able to get an appointment at short notice. I never felt that unnecessary treatments were prescribed, and my dog has been treated with great care and affection by Mr. Klotz and his team from day one. Mr. Klotz is honest and direct, which I really appreciate because when it comes to my dog and her health, I don't want the facts and the truth sugarcoated.

Dr. Klotz and his assistant form an extremely competent and friendly team who lovingly care for our furry friends! We never felt unwelcome in the practice. We are happy to be his patients with our two Maine Coon cats!

Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star. I've never had such an unfriendly person on the phone, someone who wouldn't let me finish speaking and refused to help. My dog has had diarrhea for three days and has been extremely lethargic for the last few hours. According to the "veterinarian," I could have taken care of him sooner. I've never been spoken to in such an unfriendly manner before. I couldn't even mention that I'd already been to the vet yesterday before the line was cut off. Clearly, he's in the wrong job. I hope you had a relaxing evening, Dr. Klotz.

When my cat was spayed, Dr. Klotz was very thorough with the preliminary examinations, and my little one had no problems. The veterinary assistant is also particularly dedicated and friendly. Unfortunately, I now have to make an appointment with another vet because I can't reach anyone. I've tried calling several days in a row, and when I had to work, I even asked my friends to call for me. Often, either the voicemail picked up immediately, or it rang for a long time before automatically hanging up. When I tried going there in person, presumably no one was there, even though it was the opening time. In any case, no one answered the door. I completely understand that the practice is very busy, especially since there's only one veterinary assistant. However, my pet can't benefit from Dr. Klotz's expertise if I can't get through to make an appointment. I would suggest adding an online appointment booking function to the website. Then you wouldn't have the stress of constantly ringing the doorbell.
