Kleintierpraxis am kleinen Hillen | Hannover Kirchrode | Tierärztin Dr. Sabrina Glatzer

I took my dog to a different vet for an ear infection. There, we were advised to do an elimination diet and then fed dry food. No explanation was given whatsoever. After the elimination diet, I went to the practice at Kleiner Hillen. I was very satisfied from the start. The treatment, explanations, and communication were all excellent. Even my questions about nutrition over the following weeks were answered thoroughly. Thank you so much!

This was my second visit to the veterinary practice with my Vizsla, Aaron, for an ear infection. We received a warm welcome and excellent medical treatment. On our first visit, Aaron had an inflamed, itchy eye. We were greeted with great empathy and even though we didn't have an appointment, and we arrived just before closing time. Dr. Glatzer and the compassionate, experienced veterinary assistant, Kevin, are fantastic. They both took their time and had a smile on their faces. A heartfelt THANK YOU for your support – it meant a lot to us. Best regards, Vera & Aaron

A lovely little practice with a friendly, family atmosphere. You can tell the staff enjoy working there. We took our cat for a dental appointment, and everything went perfectly. There was hardly any waiting time, and they explained everything that would be done. The waiting room was never crowded (good appointment management), and the veterinarian and the team were very competent. They didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't necessary for further treatment. What we really appreciated was their attention to individual needs. Our cat doesn't take pills? No problem, they'll find something that works better! A truly great team, keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back.

I had to take my little Maltese dog to the vet on Easter Saturday because she was in a lot of pain. After two other practices turned me down because I wasn't a regular patient, they were able to take her. She was treated very competently and lovingly and given the necessary medication. Thank you again for that! Definitely 5 stars!

A very nice doctor, very gentle and empathetic. She examined my little one quickly but without rushing; she remained calm even during the injection. We'd gladly come again; it was very pleasant and peaceful. The team is also calm and friendly.
