My kitten (4 months old) and I visited the veterinary practice in March for the emergency service. Ms. Osswald was in charge of the emergency service that day and gave us a wonderful ointment (ManukaLind) to soothe the itching. We still use this ointment for minor wounds, and it works wonders. She gave us such expert advice, both on the phone and in person, that we wanted to share this review. Thank you so much again!

My animals are always greeted warmly and treated well – they really take their time here. The vet is kind and explains everything carefully. (I can't understand why people don't receive a warm welcome; we don't have that problem here.) You can get an appointment quickly, and so far everything has always gone perfectly for us! We are satisfied and happy. Thank you for the excellent advice every time :)

My daughter's cats can be very stubborn around strangers. But not with Dr. Mellert. We were seen surprisingly quickly, which speaks volumes about the organization.

A wonderful practice that I highly recommend. I was with Dr. Osswald on Saturday. She was very empathetic and helped my Lilli a lot. Luckily, her paw didn't bleed any more. She's happily hopping around again. The same goes for the super friendly lady at the reception. I always feel well looked after there.
