My animals are always greeted warmly and treated well – they really take their time here. The vet is kind and explains everything carefully. (I can't understand why people don't receive a warm welcome; we don't have that problem here.) You can get an appointment quickly, and so far everything has always gone perfectly for us! We are satisfied and happy. Thank you for the excellent advice every time :)

Best veterinary I ever had !!

A competent veterinarian, but very direct in her approach; you have to be able to handle that because she's honest and straightforward. She might come across as a little unfriendly or arrogant at first, but it's a good veterinary practice. They can always find an appointment at short notice. What I also appreciate is that she doesn't just sell you medication; she takes the animal's welfare very seriously. Thank you for everything.

A wonderful practice that I can highly recommend. I was there on Saturday with Dr. Osswald; she was very empathetic and helped my Lilli a lot. Thankfully, her paw didn't bleed anymore. She's hopping around happily again. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly. I always feel well cared for there.

We've taken our rabbits and cats to Dr. Mellert and have always been very satisfied. The staff is very friendly, and if you have an appointment, you're usually seen right away.
