I've been going to this veterinary practice for almost a year now. I'm more than satisfied. All the staff and veterinarians are incredibly kind and very empathetic. At the beginning of the year, we had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our cat after a tumor was discovered. Dr. König is simply a top-notch veterinarian. She explained everything to us in great detail. I had all the time I needed to say goodbye. Even at the end, the lovingly crafted keepsake was simply beautiful and helped me through my grief and let go. My other cat (16 years old) has severe arthritis, and thanks to the treatment here, it's progressing relatively mildly. The youngest cat was neutered there just today. Everything went smoothly. He's incredibly fit; if you didn't know he'd just had surgery, you wouldn't even know. I'm very happy with the practice and all the staff. Thank you so much! 🙏

New regular vet! :-) Our cat was unfortunately found missing for two days with bite wounds on her tail and belly. We immediately got an appointment with Ms. König, who cared for her with real love, sensitivity, and professionalism. After many hours of surgery, we received a call late in the evening and were informed about all the next steps. Upon pickup, we received a comprehensive report, a review and explanation of the x-rays, and optimal advice for further care. At every follow-up appointment, the practice team was warm, caring, and cheerful, and we felt completely at ease. Many services, such as removing stitches, for which we would have paid a lot of money at other vets, were free of charge here! Overall, we were so satisfied that we now have a new regular vet. A clear recommendation and absolutely deserved 5 stars. A thousand thanks again to the entire practice team and especially to Ms. König, who went to such great lengths to care for our little red fluffy and ultimately saved her life. :-)

Excellent veterinarians! Without exception, everyone here – vets and assistants alike – is incredibly friendly and competent. They even give the best possible care to unusual species like fancy rats, so we always felt very well looked after. The lovely people at the practice were also incredibly supportive and compassionate during sad farewells. And I find their prices very reasonable compared to two other veterinary practices in the area. Thank you for being there!
