The veterinary assistants are very nice, and the vet herself is also very kind and competent. I feel like my fur baby is in good hands with her. She's great at vaccinating (my little darling didn't even notice) and is very caring during examinations.

I visited the practice today without an appointment. I was treated very kindly, and the vet was incredibly nice and empathetic, and also calm, even though she was about to perform surgery. She took a lot of time with me. I'm so glad to have found a new vet. Many thanks to the whole team as well.

A truly excellent veterinarian! She takes the time for our four-legged friends when they need help. I feel very well cared for there with my beloved pets! Veterinarian Bettina Poelk is NOT a veterinarian who is only after the money, like some others! I would come back here anytime my pets are unwell! A very good veterinarian who knows what she's doing and what's best for the animal!! :)

We've taken our dog Leni to her several times. She's by far the best veterinarian I know. She's an expert in her field, very personable, and makes sure you can manage the costs. Absolutely top-notch!
