Simply the best practice for my four-legged friends! They're always friendly and empathetic, even on the phone. You always get an appointment immediately when you need one. No long waiting times. The assistants and doctors are incredibly competent and take their time. Both humans and animals feel well cared for and understood. Even during the after-hours emergency service after 10 pm, there's no sign of bad mood or rudeness. General practitioners and specialists could really learn a thing or two from them! We are absolutely thrilled!!!
